- Email correspondence: Kept for as long as relevant to the enquiry or client relationship, and deleted or archived once no longer needed.

Who We Share Information With
Data processors:
- Hostinger — web hosting provider, based in Lithuania (EU), serving customers globally. They provide web hosting services for our website(s), storing the site files and data needed to keep it running and accessible online.
- Squarespace — website building and hosting platform, based in the United States. They host and manage the technical infrastructure of our website, including receiving and storing enquiries submitted through our contact form.
- Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) — cloud email and productivity services. They provide our business email service, which we use to receive and respond to enquiries and correspond with clients.
